ORDERING

Professional manipulation of photographic prints!

Our ordering procedure is simplicity itself. You can order by post or email depending on your preferences. If you have access to a high resolution scanner (at least 300 dpi) then you can send your photo's to us as image files (see below for details). Alternatively, if you prefer to use the postal service be sure to secure your photos in a hard backed envelope and write "DO NOT BEND" on the front. If you have got negatives we can also work with these (be sure to identify the individual images requiring work).

Our pricing structure makes it easy for you to cost your photo projects. We do not require to see your photos in order to give you a price. Just use the PRICING page to determine what level of restoration your photos require or what level of alteration or type of enhancements you wish to have. Then label each photo you send with the identifying 'letter' relating to each category of alteration on the back of each one (see PRICING page). Print and fill out the order form and send it to us with your payment and photos. If there is a discrepancy between the enclosed amount sent with your photos and the work required, then we will notify you before we start any work.

MAIL ORDERING

To order your photo projects by regular mail select your photos and label them on the back with the identifying 'letter' of the category of work you wish to assign for them (see the PRICING page). Copy & paste the order form to Notepad or Word document, fill it out, print and send it with your photos in a stiff card envelope with a cheque or money order for the correct amount, payable to 'Foto Craft'. Mail to: Foto Craft, 24 Westbourne Park Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH4 8HG, England. Write on the envelope 'DO NOT BEND'. Photos can also be sent to us as image files on Floppy Disks, Zip 100 disks or on CD (see below for scanning photos as image files). For a simpler way to calculate and pay for our services just use the 'Add to basket' and 'View basket' buttons on our PRICING page. Then make your payment online using PayPal.

EMAIL ORDERING

To order your photo projects by email you need to scan your photos to a resolution of 300dpi or higher and save them as a high quality image file (eg. jpeg/tiff). Copy and paste the order form to your email, then fill it out, attach your photo files and send the email to us. Make your calculations using the 'basket' buttons on our PRICING page, then pay online using PayPal.

As soon as we receive your order you will be notified by email and a confirmation of your job order will be given. If you sent you photos by regular mail and selected 'Return originals ASAP' on the form, your original photos will be returned as soon as we have scanned them onto our computers. They will then be returned the next working day, however, an additional charge of £4.00 is required for this service. Alternatively your original prints will be returned with your order completion. All Floppy Disks, CDs and Zip 100 disks will be returned with your order completion. If you are ordering from outside the UK please enclose an additional £4.00 to cover postage.

Original photos are simply scanned and returned intact!
